What was the highlight of Hotel Sky The Classic
Great place and location, needs customer service training
The hotel was very nice. It appeared to have been renovated in the last year. The location is #1, Jongno is one of the best locations for Central Seoul, with notable place within walking distance. The location is situated right next to restaurants and bars.
I had booked this hotel with my card in my wife's name to check-in ahead of myself, as I was working until late and travelling to Seoul at night. My wife checked in without any problem, but then was hassled repeatedly for payment. She said the guy there was really rude and not considerate to her as a customer. She told him she would pay but was unsure if my card had been charged or not as was worried we'd be charged twice.... I included, with my booking, a note that I would be arriving later and she'd check-in first. On top of this OUR DOOR LOCK DIDN'T WORK........ we told them they didn't seem to think it was a problem as they had CCTV....

Small dark room, small window that face wall of the other building so that no light can get through. Room was not cleaned, nether towels were changed within whole my stay. Provided towels are small - only for hands. Not adequate value for money they charge.

Avoid at all costs!
Location was good. Across the street from restaurants and bars
No breakfast. Dirty rooms - in one room, used condom in bin, in another room, hairs still on the pillow. No Natural light in bedroom- there's a concrete wall 50mm outside the window!Unhelpful staff. Complete lack of any amenities other than a bedroom
